EMAV-056 - Crossing the forbidden line, conquering mom's place

In this day and age, does a title like this actually sell with this kind of mosaic? I checked another work by the same actress just to see, and the mosaic was super thin! I thought, 'See, you can do it if you try,' but then I checked the studio... oh, it's a different one. How does a work with such an intrusive mosaic get 4 stars? I can't believe it.
