The only downside is that I wish the quality of the actresses had been a bit higher. In many AVs, even if they feature enema in the title, the actual scenes are often underwhelming. However, this production properly shows the excretion scene. The moment the woman, having been given an enema, tries to hold it in but eventually can't take it anymore and lets it out, is incredibly erotic. Surprisingly, there aren't many works like this, and many suffer from poor camerawork, so considering those points, this one is definitely worth a watch.
