A collection of the most intense scenes featuring 12 masochists who couldn't handle the deep-throating and let it all out. No thin stomach acid hereโonly high-quality, viscous vomit with plenty of chunks. From those who gag instantly to those who lose their minds and those who hold it in until a massive explosion, this 4-hour compilation is the ultimate masterpiece for vomit enthusiasts.

It's a special compilation of nothing but the climax scenes, and the intensity is incredible. Depending on the actress, it might be hit or miss, but there's plenty of content even if you only watch your favorites. For the record, the actresses I recognized were Mitsuki Maya, Miori Saito, Ayaka Mochizuki, Miku Motohashi, Wakana Shiroyama, Kotomi Kihara, Honoka Takigawa, Hina Kamiya, Ayu Hashino, Sara Kagami, Alice Toyonaka, and Mio Ichijo. (Apologies if I got any wrong.)
The intensity of the vomit and the substance of the content are both top-tier. The 'Doku-Enkai' series is a bit pricey if you're only buying it for the 40-minute vomit segment, but given that it's a concentrated collection of the best vomit scenes, it's actually a great value for the price.
*This is possible in this day and age. It's an amazing 4 hours long. Various actresses are vomiting loudly with expressions of agony on their faces. I admire everyone's professionalism.
Wow... this is my first time with this genre, but I'm glad I tried it. This is good. It's got plenty of volume, so if you're even slightly interested, definitely give it a try. Physical strain isn't unique to this work, but given the nature of the genre, it looks especially painful, so I really want to say thank you to all the actresses for their hard work.
*The camera work and mosaic processing are not good. The actress is working hard. However, the important part where the vomit comes out is mosaic and unclear. Although it has been criticized in many ways, it does not come close to the power of Dogma. However, since it's a compilation, I think it would be pretty good if it were a standalone item.
