ETC-013 - The Doctor's Perks: Examining a 100cm Busty Wife

Since she's a veteran actress, I expected some intense breast play, but it was a letdown. The acting is also a turn-off. Deleting.

As expected of Reiko Nakamori. She has one of the best figures in this entire series. The outfits that barely contain her breasts and hips, along with the thong lingerie, were incredibly alluring—it really hit the spot for me. Her acting was also quite impressive; she perfectly conveyed that awkward tension of feeling like something is wrong with the exam but being unable to speak up. This time, we get more than just the curtain scenes—there’s a great sequence on the bed with doggy style and internal ejaculation, which is a nice bonus. It’s a shame there wasn't any dialogue scolding the internal ejaculation, though. Unlike other entries, there’s a scene where she visits the clinic with her husband, but it didn't amount to much. I would have preferred more interference from the husband or a scene where she has to stifle her moans in front of him.

Reiko Nakamori is incredibly sexy and charming in this one. It starts off with the standard breast cancer exam, where her breasts get kneaded. Then it moves on to the lower body exam, where she's told they're using a 'new instrument'—which turns out to be the doctor's penis. Her writhing and the sense of shame she displays when that happens were great. However, the scene with her husband afterward felt like she was a total pro. The way she dominates her husband is the highlight of the film; the contrast with her previous scenes was irresistible. She goes back to the doctor after that, but it follows the same pattern, and I kind of wished she had been handled differently. I can't give it a perfect score, but if you're a 'boob guy,' this is definitely worth a watch.

Above all, the scenario where the husband accompanies her for the physical exam is top-tier. I liked that she didn't start panting the moment she was touched, but actually played the role of a patient. The scene where she's on all fours and being penetrated from behind was also very erotic. The part where she tells herself this is treatment while pleading to the doctor, 'But this still feels wrong,' really hit the spot—even if it's unrealistic, the actress's lines and performance were perfect. However, the camera angles were a letdown. Sometimes you could only see her face through the curtain, missing the movement of her breasts, and even in my favorite scene with the husband, the angle was awkward. The husband's expression as he watches his wife being touched by another man—which is the most important part—kept going out of frame. If not for that, it would've been five stars. It's a work I really like, so it's a huge shame.

*I bought it because I liked Miki Sato's bias. Reiko's type is different from Miki's, and she's perfect as an actress, but the sex scenes in this movie are bad. During the first insertion, Reiko's lower body is partitioned off by a curtain, and the device is tricked into entering her pussy, causing the doctor to have sex with her, but perhaps because she doesn't want him to know that she's inserting his dick, she stays in missionary position from beginning to end, and ejaculates into her hair. The next sex is inserted into Reiko who is on all fours on the bed, but he cums inside her from the beginning while she is in the doggy position. The best scene was when both nipples were pinched and lifted upward during the first palpation. The angle was even more erotic than I expected. After that, he put his hand on the chair, rubbed his dick violently through the black pantyhose, and it was good to have him convulse. However, in terms of overall satisfaction, I didn't think it was as good as Miki's.
