I don't understand the need for these 'positioning and insertion' scenes. It makes no difference whether she's busty or not; it's just a complete waste of time that feels totally disconnected from the concept. If it actually highlighted her assets, that would be one thing, but it's meaningless. It's a mood-killing structure that ruins the desire to buy, even with a great actress. Isn't this a serious issue for this studio?

The actress, the premise, and the content itself are flawless. However, it's incredibly disappointing that after building up the tension on the hospital bed, the male actor just ejaculates and it's over—no real intercourse. Instead of a random sex scene at the end that has nothing to do with the diagnosis, they should have integrated the intercourse into the diagnosis itself. They clearly don't understand what the audience expects from this genre. More importantly, whether it's poor camera calibration or bad lighting, the glare is blinding, and the skin tones look unnatural and hard to watch. There are even scenes where the focus is off and blurry. Even with great content and a great actress, I have to complain to the producers for delivering such a subpar, defective product. Also, in the initial diagnosis scene, they keep filming from low angles, which is a bad habit in the AV industry that forces an unnatural perspective on the viewer. I wish they would stop that. I don't need to see a low-angle close-up of breasts. They should focus on the basics: filming from the actress's eye level, capturing the upper body straight on, and letting the natural atmosphere of the scene come through on screen.

Her reaction when her nipples were teased with those massive breasts was incredible. Watching their interaction, I couldn't help but think that for a student with breasts like Suzuka's, it must be hard for the boys at her school to approach her with all the other guys watching. Then again, maybe it's not like that these days.

The way her breasts were bulging out against her uniform was just irresistible. It's only natural to want to do dirty things to a girl with such huge breasts. Even after that, the camera kept focusing on her chest, making it a dream come true for any breast lover. Neiro-chan's boobs are the best. I was able to finish to this multiple times.

Honestly, the high school girl role felt like a stretch. However, I thought the story was good. She's told she's getting a medical exam, but then she gets teased—not just her breasts, but down there too. And it even leads to penetration. The ending felt a bit forced, but the work stays true to the 'examining big breasts' premise, so I think it's a solid choice for fans of big breasts and teasing scenarios.
