Kaoru HirayamaKaoru, a busty housewife with snow-white skin, visits the clinic for stomach pain. The doctor claims she needs a 'palpation' and starts kneading her breasts. Finally, the doctor uses a ridiculous excuse about 'testosterone deficiency' to shove his manhood into her. Kaoru, initially shocked, ends up giving in to the doctor's aggressive dominance, acting like a total slut while getting thoroughly ravished.
It recovers in the second half, but the first half is pretty poor. Especially the scenes where they use a curtain to hide the lower body; it looks so fake. Even without that, there's way more of the actor's voice than the actress's, which makes you wonder who this AV is even for. The 3P in the second half is better, but the first half leaves a bad impression.
平山薫の作品ではごく初期のものであるにもかかわらず、嫌な予感がしていたのでずっと敬遠をしていたのだが、やはり思ったとおり、無意味な幕で仕切られた診察台での即ズボ場面が出てきた。この一連のシリーズで一番ムダなシーンであるだけに、このあとの展開をかなり危惧してしまったのだが、幸い今回は案に相違して後半の場面がかなりいいので、内容的には救われている。平山の白いムチムチの肢体を医師たちが二人してたっぷりといじりまくり、彼女の裸身の旨味が遺憾なく視聴者の股間に伝わってくるのである。お肉も意識もぐったりとしている彼女の有様が逆にムラムラ感を煽ってくれる、思わぬ佳品であった。
*Hirayama-san's troubled expression is really nice. She is placed on the internal examination table and creampied and ejaculated in the mouth. After that, the final 3P is a sight to behold.
The face might be a matter of taste, but those big breasts are definitely attractive. They spend a lot of time fondling them under the guise of a medical exam, which is heaven for a breast lover. However, previous entries in this series usually featured a bit more of the 'fake exam' buildup, whereas this one jumps straight into full-blown sex. That actually felt like a negative point for me.
