I think this is one of the best works by Sumire Matsu, an actress I've relied on quite a bit over the years. Her breasts are undoubtedly natural, with a size and shape that are truly magnificent; you can almost feel their soft, bouncy texture through the screen. The way her breasts jiggle during the cowgirl position on the bed is incredible, and the camera angles are perfect for a great viewing experience.

Sumire Matsu has a slightly mature-looking 'loli' face, but she's cute. She doesn't have the hourglass figure they advertise, but she's not overweight despite her large breasts. She gets groped all over by two doctors under the guise of a 'check-up,' and her submissive nature makes her just go along with it. Both male actors come off as real perverts—you could actually imagine doctors like that existing—but they're pretty bad at acting. The scenes behind the curtain on the OB/GYN exam table and the camera angles were right up my alley. If you like the model and are into big breasts, you'll enjoy this.
