This 120-minute film is dedicated entirely to showing various navels on women of different ages and types (mostly toned stomachs with vertical lines and small, vertical navels, rather than soft, round ones). Unless you're a hardcore navel fetishist or looking for illustration references, I recommend renting (streaming) it first. There's nothing particularly bad or disappointing about it (personally, I thought 'this is alright'), but because it's very niche, I'm giving it 3 stars.
