The mother is sickly and struggling, so the landlord takes advantage of her. The daughter sees this and sacrifices herself to save her mother.
The first half focuses on the old landlord, and the scenes with the mother felt unnecessary. The scenes with the daughter acting as a substitute were also very plain and boring. In the second half, she ends up prostituting herself to a young man the mother brought home, but he gets hospitalized, so the daughter takes over as the substitute. I actually liked the young, slightly creepy-looking actor and the unknown chubby, bald actor here. I don't like 3P, but the persistent, slow-burn approach was quite good. The actress is cute, and she seemed really into it during the second half. She has an M-leaning, a slightly low voice, asks for kisses, and makes these dazed expressions. It wasn't POV, which was nice. There must be so many actors I don't know if I looked, but I don't really get the industry hierarchy. Still, this studio sometimes uses POV depending on the release, which is a bit hit-or-miss.
