When Yusaku finds out, he gets jealous, and the relationship between the two sons turns hostile. Distressed, Mika offers her body to both of them to make peace, leading to a 3P. The bedridden grandfather, struggling to get to the bathroom, crawls to the room where the 3P is happening and witnesses it. He's shocked, but gets an erection for the first time in ages. At night, he writes down what he saw on a note and gives it to his father. The enraged father calls Mika and the two sons to confront them. The sons push back, saying, "Mika-san doesn't belong only to you, Dad." After some discussion, they agree that family peace is most important and decide to share Mika among the three of them → 4P.

I'm around the same age as the old guy in this, and if someone like her came into my life, I could ascend to heaven without a second thought.
