It says it's her debut, but that's only her debut under the name 'Miku Kawakami.' The first 10 minutes or so feature a drama-like scene with a phone call and an introduction to the actress with subtitles. That was common for debut works back then. The phone call scenes pop up intermittently throughout. Her defining feature is definitely her anime-like voice; you can tell early on that she apparently aimed to be a voice actress. You also learn from the subtitles midway through that she has a thing for older men. There are four sex scenes, but they feel pretty standard. She doesn't have many works to begin with, so if you're looking to watch Miku Kawakami on DMM, 'Kyoran Erotist' would be a better choice.
