The plot about practicing making babies with doggystyle sex feels like something out of the 'I ended up practicing doggystyle sex with my childhood friend to make a baby' series, and the script about stealing a newlywed husband is the kind of thing SOD would make with a real estate agent or wedding planner setting. If it was just a typical pill-based cheating sex scene, turning it into a pregnancy ending and having a kappa innkeeper at 'Child-Blessing Hot Springs' choose a baby daddy is a pretty bold and interesting idea. The way the new wife prioritizes her career, doesn't want kids, and absolutely forbids raw sex because her husband might pull out... seeing someone like me who's always down for raw and willing to have a baby jump into an NTR situation is just so primal and I love it. It really drives home the idea that men and women are ultimately just about reproduction. The story is structured around hiding bad things from the wife, so it's a bit restrained overall, which holds back the climax, but it's consistent, so it's not bad. However, the mid-scene hot spring sex lacks any whispering or suggestive direction, so I think it would've been better to send the career-focused wife home and build up the tension in the second half, really making the 'Child-Blessing Hot Springs' setting shine. The intense NTR vibe of trying to steal a returning guest from the new wife is great because the characters are so over-the-top. But maybe having a repeat customer service perk to lure them in would've made it less contrived. Comparing the husband to a wife who refuses to make babies, it would've been better to clearly state 'a woman who'll let you get raw' instead of 'a woman who'll get pregnant for you'. It's not quite perfect enough for a full score, but the actors, starting with Misono Momo, all deliver great performances with well-defined characters, and for a Nikujon director, it's a good work that manages to be unique while avoiding the usual pitfalls of pregnancy-themed scenes with premature ejaculation.
