While watching, I couldn't get into the setting or the world, so I couldn't get excited. It feels like the relationship is entirely contained within the work itself. Sakura-chan is definitely great, but the camerawork makes me feel like an outsider, a sense of alienation that I couldn't shake off. It feels like an 'amateur' video shot by an unskilled male actor with a handheld camera, and there are too many close-ups, making the balance feel off. It's similar to those 'drinking and flirting' style videos, but this one lacks any erotic atmosphere. It's just my personal opinion, but it was exhausting to watch. 4 stars for Sakura-chan alone, but 2 stars for the quality of the production.
