FSET-166 - Living with a 21-year-old virgin, Rika

*At first, the woman seems to be quite unrefined, but gradually she becomes more sophisticated.

Right from the opening, we head to an apartment in Chiba to pick up our heroine, only to be met by a plain, bespectacled woman who looks like an office clerk and is, in the staff's words, 'completely unrefined.' Rika, who works at a cannery, is a late bloomer with zero sexual experience in her 21 years. First, she presents her 'hymen certificate' to prove she is 'qualified' for this project. When she sees a man's penis for the first time in her life, she simply says, 'It's gross.' After successfully completing her first handjob, she visits a hair salon the next day at the staff's suggestion, and her transformation is nothing short of phenomenal. During the virginity-loss scene that night, she reveals an unexpectedly 'large bust.' While Rika might have seemed like 'just an ugly girl' at first, it's a strange phenomenon how she starts looking completely 'cute' once you pass the middle of the film.

I like this type of girl, so I watched the first one and waited for the price to drop before buying this. But it's a bit disappointing! Looks aside, the film just lacks any real highlights. Compared to the girl in the first one, she's not very proactive at all—basically just lying there like a dead fish. It feels like the director wasn't really into it either, as there are parts with forced, awkward acting; I really wanted a more natural vibe. If possible, I'd like to see her return and be pushed harder to really wake her up.

She wasn't particularly pretty or ugly; just a very average girl. Rather than the whole 'virgin' aspect, it felt more like a soft training session of a young girl who does exactly as she's told. People with a specific taste for this might find themselves really hooked.

I watched the whole 120 minutes without fast-forwarding. As others have mentioned, the type of woman might be a matter of preference, but she really seemed like someone who knew nothing, which made it worth watching. You couldn't pull this off with just acting (laughs). However, I wish the final farewell scene had been a bit more moving. I look forward to other works in this series.
