Both the changing room and the bathroom are set up with a great atmosphere. Since I was there for Chigasaki-san, I personally think having a select group of about three people is the best. They basically wear mini yukatas, and since they're fully naked in the bath area, the level of exposure is higher here. It's more erotic than Sauna Lady, but it's strictly sumata with no actual penetration. The content isn't bad, but it's a shame that the performers aren't very high-level.
