If that's the case, shouldn't they have used toys, dirty talk, or oil to compensate? AV is a one-shot world where you can't just reshoot if things don't go well. The director should be prepared for when the actress doesn't react as envisioned. Also, I don't think the making-of footage at the beginning is necessary. It makes the final post-shoot interview look completely fake. Any AV fan watching will just suspect, 'They probably just changed outfits and shot it all in one day.' It's a pathetic work that proves the director doesn't even understand the medium they're working in.
