GCD-181 - 5 female college students trapped in a ryokan with a broken toilet

It starts with a pointless skit that has nothing to do with the plot, followed by an incomprehensible development where three out of the five girls get separated or left behind. Then, there's a scenario where they are forced to defecate in front of a man, and the girls just go along with it. It would be one thing if the actresses were high quality, but let's just say... it's not great. Even though there was a free sample video (which I checked), I think I just let my imagination run wild based on the title.
