The casting is spot on—not quite a 'mature woman' despite being a housewife, and not too young despite being a nurse. It feels like they're in their mid-20s to 40s. That perfect balance gives it a realistic vibe, like a real hospital setting. I also like that the nurse is a bit forward. I know it's unrealistic, but it was a great piece that really fueled my fantasies.
