I'll elaborate later, but if there's even one good scene, a work can be worth watching even if the rest is average. The part from 16:45, Chapter 2, was excellent. Sakai-san whispering is just great. It's mostly POV with varied play, and it's so slow and intense that you get sucked right in. It makes total sense why the actor ejaculates like a fountain. There's a titjob at 1:07:32, but the angle is bad—the camera is way too close. It's not just this film, but I don't get why they don't show the face during titjobs. Just tilt the camera down! Instead, the screen is just full of mosaic—are they stupid? Other chapters like masturbation, fellatio (+masturbator), and the main act (the vibrator she's holding is a bit distracting) are standard. If you like her face or are a fan of Runa Sakai, I recommend it.
