I was lured in by the 'tall' marketing, but they don't really make much use of the height. The initial setup, like the looking-down angles, is interesting, but it quickly devolves into just a messy, erotic blur. I really wish they had leaned more into the unique situational elements they set up.
I’ve been renting this series half-expecting to be disappointed, and well, I was disappointed again lol. The premise is always great, though. I mean, 'Jumbo Insurance Saleswoman'? That’s top-tier stuff. But why does it always turn out like this? They claim she's 'tall,' but without heels, there's almost no height difference with the male actor, and all the actresses look like they have zero motivation. Director Takahashi, what exactly is the intent behind these productions? At this point, I’m just curious to see how long this series can keep going. One silver lining: It’s the first time I’ve seen Ma-kun actually deliver his lines properly. Turns out the guy can actually talk.
