If I had to point out flaws, it’s the lack of realism in the nurse outfit (long hair, weird lab coat, flashy lingerie) and the fact that the rape scenes are a bit too soft. If you look closely, the actress is actually crying (though the 'soft resistance leading to eventual pleasure' trope is a nice touch).
