However, as a work, it's a failure. The theatrical approach is fine, but the pacing is bad, and she's a nurse but talks down to the patient. She performs pointless back-to-back handjobs on a bedridden patient. They take off the nurse costume they worked so hard to put on and replace it with cat ears—the direction is a mess. The biggest problem is the senior nurse instructor. This actress is beautiful, but she looks quite old, and her naked body is painful to look at, so the lesbian scenes were completely unarousing. Even during the scenes with the patient, her constant instructions like 'do more of this' were incredibly distracting. There are two real sex scenes, but only the first half has internal ejaculation. I couldn't watch the scenes in between, so I skipped them. Even as an Aimi-chan fan, watching it once via streaming is enough.
