It's not about the actress being unattractive. The nonsensical story and the sheer filthiness just killed the mood. The rating is a tribute to the actress's desperate, 'all-or-nothing' spirit.
In the first scene, she says she'll clean his mouth and proceeds to urinate into his mouth while he's still erect. When she says she's going to release and actually does, he looks quite distressed; even though she tells him not to let go, he turns his head and spits it out after five seconds. She doesn't stop, continuing to urinate toward his hair, then grabs his head to force him back and makes him take it again. In the second half of the first scene, just as they start having sex, she says she's going to pee inside him and performs internal urination in the doggy-style position. When she pulls out, saying she feels relieved, urine sprays forcefully from her vagina. Following that, while having sex in a seated position on a chair, she says she needs to go and urinates while thrusting. Even when it comes to internal urination, most works use a speculum or funnel to widen the vagina and urinate from the outside, but this work features urination while the erect penis is still inserted. Judging by the camera work, I believe this is genuine internal urination, not a simulation.
This is a woman who has truly become a 'toilet,' complete with self-harm scars on her wrists. Internal urination, vomiting—the hardness is ahead of its time, and the performance remains outstanding even today. I also like the sense of pathos. I personally love watching lingerie get soaked through with urine. There are so many actresses these days who act like it's nothing, so this work, which actually makes you feel a pang of pain while watching, feels fresh.
The play is quite hardcore, but the actress just spends the whole time sobbing. Plus, whenever her face is visible, she's just plain unattractive. I rented this because I was interested in internal urination, but the poor looks and annoying reactions killed my mood and my erection.
