Following the previous work, Sayuri Shiomi, a full-time actress at Dogma, plays the lead role, and veteran Hana Kanno appears in a supporting role. <Shura - Rope Sisters - Story> The father is a rope artist, and the mother is a bondage model. Their parents make a living by showcasing SM shows across Japan. This is the story of two sisters raised in that environment. Personally, I much preferred "It Hurts, It Feels Good." Did the cameraman change? I don't knowโฆ but I think the camera work quality has dropped. Especially for the SM show, a fixed camera would be enough now. It would have been much better if they just showed it as an SM show without all the unnecessary movement. Since it's an SM show, they need to include more angles of the performers playing in front of an audience to convey the show's atmosphere. โ After the first SM showโฆ the editing was jarring, jumping from a kiss scene straight to a fellatio scene, and the SEโฏ ended abruptly. It just didn't make sense. โ If I had only seen this workโฆ my evaluation might have been different. But because I loved "It Hurts, It Feels Good" so much, my expectations were high, and I was disappointed with this one.
This was officially submitted to the Oldenburg International Film Festival in Germany starting September 13, 2023, and I thought it was definitely worthy of being screened at a film festival in Germany, the home of SM. Aya is completely losing it in the SM show within the film (I got chills when Tetsushin-san started speaking in the Osaka dialect). Watching Aya, I thought it was rare to see a pure white panty look so good on someone's butt (it was incredibly erotic just seeing her tied up). Listening to the dialogue between Aya and her father, Sagawa Ginji, I got the feeling this film wasn't shot chronologically (the reason being, Aya's lines about her father Ginji changed noticeably between when she first talked about him and when she actually met and interacted with him). Chronological shooting takes much more time and money because it's filmed in the order the story unfolds. However, it's a technique used when casting someone inexperienced in acting, as it makes it easier for the lead to empathize with the character and results in a better work. But I don't think it would be profitable to do that with a masterpiece like thisโฆ Aya's nipples were incredibly erotic when they became erect while she was tied up with flowers, and Aya's expression when she was fist-fucked with flowers was mesmerizing. Aya was aroused just by being tied up, and I truly felt she was an actress who genuinely felt pleasure while being bound, not just acting. Her expression and posture at that moment were seductive and beautiful. This is a true masterpiece.
"Shura - Rope Sisters," an SM drama from "Dogma." A collaboration between Ayami Shiomi and Hana Kanno. Of course, there are bondage scenes, but it's packed with everything โ hot wax, whipping, irama, fisting, and more. The erotic power of these two is truly exceptional. And their acting is top-notch. Plus, the realistically made SM bar and the spiderweb of ropes add to the immersion. It's not just an AV to get excited over; it's a truly excellent work of art. Seriously, a masterpiece. Definitely worth owning.
