Above all, Ikumi Kuroki is great... white skin... beautiful body... watching her get probed is amazing. It's also nice that she's fully nude throughout, so you get to see everything. However... the whole thing is way too dark. Even if the atmosphere is supposed to be dim, they should have lit her body and skin better. Minus one star.

I'd give this an 80. I've seen the whole series, and Ikumi Kuroki's video is my favorite. It started off a bit iffy, but from the moment she showed the 'agony pear' (梨), her expressions during insertion, when it went deep, and the way she kept struggling and writhing with her hands and feet was just adorable. It's a shame it ended so abruptly; I wish it were longer. I still rewatch the 'agony pear' insertion scene multiple times. The nose enema and the second half (where she's alone doing something and the ending) were weak and unnecessary. I wish they'd replace those with air enemas, forced farts after insertion, enemas, or anal licking. If they did that, it would be a 100 for me. Still, I love Ikumi Kuroki's reactions while being penetrated with the 'agony pear' so much that I'm giving it a high rating. Looking forward to the next one.

Is she in pain? Is she enjoying it? Her reactions are always just 'ahhh, ahhh.' Finger penetration? 'Ahhh.' Spanking? 'Ahhh.' You can kind of guess from the tone, but is it okay to just leave everything to the viewer's imagination? Maybe a little is fine, but I felt they should have at least had her say some lines. This applies to other works too, but when using both front and back, please make it clear which one is being used. The hook at the beginning of this film is a prime example. They should show it clearly when inserting, use a vibrator on the other side, or have someone say a line. It only became clear when they pulled the hook out. I was left wondering from the moment it was inserted. This is just incompetence on the part of the director and the studio. They need to be more aware that while there's no mosaic during the shoot, there will be one for the viewer.
