I'm a huge fan of Mio Morishita (Saionji). She's a wonderful actress, but she's been stuck in a string of lackluster projects. I had high hopes for this one since it was directed by Mametaro Mamezawa, and it didn't disappoint—lots of kissing scenes, and the actor playing the son was clean-cut, making their chemistry feel genuine. Even with a great actress, if the male lead is creepy or unkempt, it ruins the production. This is a masterpiece where the actress, actor, and director all click perfectly. I really hope they make a 'Storm' series for Madonna with this trio.
