Especially in the scene where she's plating food, she's in casual clothes that show off her amazing body line while being persistently clung to by a shota-kun. The contrast between her massive breasts and slender frame is emphasized so much that it's way more arousing than being naked. The 'kind older sister' vibe, unable to be firm with the persistent shota-kun, matches her looks perfectly and adds to the excitement. That said, that's the only part that's particularly special; the rest is just standard sex scenes. She's long retired, but there's no doubt this work brought out her natural charm the best. It's a shame there are no similar works.

This 'Shota' actor couldn't play the role at all, so the chemistry with the actress was really awkward in the first half. He got a bit more used to it in the second half, but I really wish the male actors would step up their acting.
