As others have noted, the bespectacled female doctor from the previous film really brought intensity to the bullying this time. In this genre, while the victim is important, it's all about how well the extra actresses can corner their target and pull off those expressions. If the bullies seem weak or just talk without conviction, the genre loses its appeal. In the final scene, where the trained victim is explained the situation by the nurse and doctor, and then has sex with the male patient and the doctor, the execution was the best yet. The camera angles that capture the expressions of the extra actresses rather than just focusing on the victim are truly great. Best cast, best balance. I hope they keep this momentum going for the next installment.
