The biggest issue in the key undressing scene was how unnatural it felt; the shota suddenly grabbed his aunt's breasts without permission, and she just smiled without changing her expression. A typical woman's reaction would be 'Eek! What are you doing?' followed by 'He's so young, is he already interested in women's bodies?' and then 'That's creepy for a kid,' leading her to push him away.
