GZAP-020 - Caught the panty thief, but now the gyaru disciplinary committee members are getting gang-raped by the perverts

The concept of overpowering a bratty, violent gyaru is fine, but the direction is the worst. The guy spies on her changing, sneaks in to sniff her clothes, gets caught, and then the gyaru starts lecturing him like a moral compass—'What if you get expelled?', 'Don't make your parents sad!'—which is ridiculous. Then, after agreeing to let him go, he brings in other guys to gang up on her. It just makes the guy look like a total scumbag and leaves a bad taste. It would've been more enjoyable if the gyaru stayed aggressive or if he just blackmailed her for money. I've seen other works from this studio, and they all feel cheap.
