There are 6 girls in total, but only 3 actually engage in full intercourse. I can identify the two in the front center and left of the cover, but I'm not sure about the third one. This is one of SOD's scenario-based projects. Also, while the sample images suggest group play, it barely goes beyond oral stimulation, so don't expect any actual group sex.
