Well, the actress's acting is just bad. It's incredibly stiff. The content is exactly as described, and the actor playing the uncle is extremely off-putting. Maybe it's for the 'FA' (middle-aged) crowd? She has two scenes with the uncle and one with the real estate agent, Moriyama. The actress has this ennui-like vibe where you can't tell if she's into it or hating it, so it's hard to say. Still, it felt fresher than the recent crop of actors below Moriyama's level who just do that 'look how good I am' routine. That said, if you dislike intimate scenes with older men, this isn't for you. I did like that the raw, gritty feel typical of FA works was slightly toned down.
