It starts by portraying the wife's peaceful daily life, only for her to be violated by her mentally unstable father-in-law. The way she desperately stifles her screams to avoid being heard by her husband, paralyzed by fear, is intense. When the husband's massive debt is revealed, the father-in-law forces her to pay it off with her body, violating her while he watches. The husband she loved was actually spending money on other women and ends up hospitalized with cancer. In a state of shock, the wife begins a life of slavery alone with her father-in-law, forced to wear a ball gag even in daily life and violated whenever he pleases. While being violated in a restrained, catatonic state, her face suddenly contorts and she breaks down in genuine tears. The direction capturing the moment a woman's spirit completely breaks after hitting rock bottom is incredible. For the finish, she is forced to take the ejaculate from her face into her own mouth and swallow it while crying. Both the direction and Sayaka Minami's performance are as excellent as Attackers' 'Violated in front of my husband' series. A must-watch.

The actress was plump and voluptuous—the perfect type of young wife a stepfather would target—which was nice, but the camera angles were lackluster and the plot was so monotonous that it got boring quickly. I wish she had resisted and fought back more, maybe even kicked the old guy right in the crotch.
