HBAD-087 - Special Investigator Moka, Corrupted as a New Drug Test Subject

Director Kyosuke Murayama's investigator series always features excellent plots. He clearly understands what undercover work is all about. Falling into an enemy trap and getting captured, only to use wit to escape—the way she dives back into the investigation portrays a 'strong woman' and provides an immersive experience, as if watching a real investigator at work. It stands apart from low-tier cosplay productions that just have actresses in latex suits focusing solely on the act without any substance. I look forward to the series' revival someday.

Disguising herself as a nurse and suddenly pulling a gun on a patient or kicking them in the balls is incredibly entertaining. Even when not in the nurse outfit, I also liked the scene in the bar where she fights with a baton and kicks him in the balls there too.

Why use something like a gas mask? Using props that hide the face is the height of stupidity. That alone completely killed the mood for me. I wasn't expecting much from the acting to begin with, but the poor pacing just made it even more disappointing.

I watched MOKA's chloroform scene once and immediately thought, 'Nope, this isn't it.' I own over 300 chloroform videos, including DVDs, and the American ones are great because the victims struggle so much—it's actually worth watching. Anyway, side note aside, the capture scene is a zero. What even was that? Were you trying to simulate gas? Director, nobody is falling asleep from that. Do your homework. The rest of the scenes are just... whatever.
