There are many 'imara' (forced ejaculation) works, but the way the whites of the eyes turn bloodshot all at once feels so real, which is excellent. Other imara works feel a bit fake or lackluster. Also, the vomiting scene feels genuine; it seems like they emptied her stomach and only let her take in fluids. You can tell it's a work made with real effort while still being considerate of the viewer.
