The Lewd Juices of the Street Stall
A sex-infused human drama directed by the eccentric Gunji Kawasaki, set at an oden food stall in front of the train station. The protagonist, Tomezo Yamagata, runs the 'Machikado Yatai' oden stand in front of JR Sugamo Station, working side-by-side every night with his widowed assistant, Tsuneko (Saki Yamamoto). Both single, the two are perfect partners not only in work but also in bed. One day, the good-natured Tomezo allows a regular customer, a yakuza named Sasaki, and his 'girlfriend' (Miyuri Shirakawa) to use his stall as a 'love hotel.' Later, Sasaki forces him to take in a 'girl with a troubled past' (Nana Miyaji). After a strange life of cohabitation, the girl offers her 'body' to repay his kindness. Nana, who usually lives in a world far removed from the 'Gunji World' as a Lolita actress, gives a brilliant performance as the 'unfortunate girl' sold to the yakuza.
