I felt the quality of this series was dropping with every new release, and just when I thought it was making a comeback with the 9th installment... well, that was short-lived. I've already given up on the male actors being mere accessories, but the actresses really need to step up their acting game. The only ones who barely pass are the 1st and 4th actresses. And even that is a stretch—not 'good' or 'fair,' just 'barely acceptable.' Especially the 5th actress; her acting was atrocious (lol). Please just stick to those mindless productions with no plot. I wish they'd cast actresses who can actually convey a sense of tragedy or pathos. My expectations were high, so I'm being harsh. Do better next time, Hajime-san! One last thing: I'll give credit to Gori's work. Growing your hair out is actually pretty hot (lol).
