They put effort into the actress's quality, but the script is top-tier. It starts with the foreshadowing of her past experience, makes you think it'll end with a standard creampie, then transitions into a creampie right in front of her boyfriend, followed by an interview while she's still filled. It's not just a mix of the usual cruel mirror and face-to-face games; it adds something extra. I have to say, it's brilliant.
I think it's good that the progression is slightly different from the previous entries in the series. The implication that they're participating again despite having already been punished once seemed to add depth to the interactions. It's undeniable that there's no 'amateur' feel since the cast consists entirely of actresses who were already well-known at the time. However, that also means the final product is consistently above average.
