Masaaki Kai's early works felt like genuine street-pickup style videos, but lately, it's all just scripted concepts and it's lost its charm. I really wish he'd go back to his roots.

The concept of this series is fine, but in reality, the visual balance between the amateur-role actress and the amateur-role actor is so off that, as expected, they never actually become a couple. It always ends with the 'pick-up artist' stepping in to finish the scene with the actress. I'm not going to complain about this predictable pattern anymore, but if you're that desperate to do it, just play the amateur guy yourself. At least then it might be somewhat enjoyable. Seriously, can't you cast a better-looking guy for the amateur role? Or are you choosing not to? My verdict is 'Very Poor,' but since the rating would jump if they actually delivered on the title's premise, I'll bump it up to 'Poor' in hopes of improvement.
