My life was perfect until I found a video of my pregnant wife being forced into a raw, unprotected affair with her ex-lover from cooking school. Watching the woman I love get filled up by another man is a nightmare I can't wake up from. Experience the ultimate NTR breakdown with Anzu Sasakura.

I could understand if it were something like a mud-wrestling scenario, but after watching this, I wonder if anyone would actually feel motivated to go home and take care of their wife and kids...
They put a mosaic over the entire head of the male actor, so when they kiss, it covers the actress's faceโwhat on earth is the producer thinking? And then they do close-ups on the mouth, which you can't even see because of the mosaic. Are they idiots? It's clear that the intent during filming and the intent during the editing phase are completely mismatched. If they knew this kind of mosaic would be applied and still filmed it this way, the only word that comes to mind is 'idiot.' The male actor is Seigo Hashimoto, a famous guy, so everyone knows who it is even with the mosaic; it's just a nuisance. They could have just put it above the eyes, for crying out loud. That kind of sloppy production made me doubt the quality of the whole thing, so I stopped watching early on. It's a July 2017 release, back when 'real creampies' were still actually real (things started getting suspicious around November 2017), so while the excessive cuts before the creampie were annoying, I generally believe it's authentic. (Even in the era of guaranteed real ones, I think there were some works with fake ones mixed in. E.g., 'Sex with 10 men in 2 hours while husband and kids are away' - Ayumi Takanashi, July 2014.) It's a shame, especially since it's Anzu Sasakura's 'unlocked' debut... But since I only watched the beginning, this might not be a fair assessment. Take it with a grain of salt.
*I think the situation where he discovered the creampie video after his wife announced her pregnancy was a good one. It's not bad for my wife to be asked to do various things step by step. However, there was something about it that made me feel uneasy and wanted something more. It would have been nice to have the husband's inner voice as well as the wife's inner voice in the ending alone.
It's supposed to be a 'messy NTR' genre, but it doesn't really feel messy, nor does it have that sense of a woman 'falling' into NTR (though it's not entirely absent, given she resists at first and accepts it later). The play is just multiple people taking turns in a hotel room; there's no visual variety or flair whatsoever. They occasionally cut to the husband struggling while getting aroused, which gives it a bit of an NTR atmosphere, but that's really all there is to it.
