The costume does emphasize the nipples, and there's some play involving them, but I wouldn't really call it a nipple fetish. It's just a normal level of play. I think I'd prefer more play that utilizes breasts. Even with toys, it doesn't really feel like a milking play. I wish they'd used special makeup to show nipples that were completely unrealistic. I was also disappointed that the latter half turned into a normal play session with 3 male and 3 female actors.
