The acting is top-notch, you can really get lost in it. The build-up was a little frustrating until the final scene, but that just made the cowgirl position and the face-to-face seated position even more enjoyable.

Nurses don't actually wear those caps in real life. Seeing an actress in a nurse cap just reminds you, 'Oh, this is an AV 'production,' isn't it?' and completely kills the immersion. Seriously, just stop.
