HODV-21126 - Producing Yu Kawakami into an AV idol!

I enjoy watching the bizarre, slightly unhinged direction typical of AVs, laughing at it like it's a variety show. Since I like Yu Kawakami, I watched this out of curiosity. Yu Kawakami (33) plays a rookie idol, acting as if she's being forced by Director Masaki. Who was she modeling? The sense of desperation and the way she just let go was actually quite funny. When the sex scenes start, her true self keeps peeking through, and as soon as 'cut' is called, her usual bright, laughing voice echoes through the room. As someone who loves seeing behind-the-scenes footage, I was really happy those parts were included. Kawakami-san's ability to switch her 'actress mode' on and off is incredible. She can be a sadist or a masochist, and she has such a strong core and nerves of steel—it must come from overcoming so many experiences and hardships. I thought she was truly great. However, in Chapter 5, the 'idol lesson'—I don't know if it was verbal abuse from the 'defeated warrior' character or what—but even if it was just a roleplay, it was very unpleasant. I don't know who that was for; to me, it just felt like bullying, and it was painful to watch. I don't know if they just wanted to include a crying scene, but my impression was, 'Ah, this kind of thing again, Director?' It felt like they were trying to make up for it with the 'private' style sex scene at the end. Well, I fell for their strategy hook, line, and sinker!!!!!! At the end, the real Kawakami-san finally appeared, and the cocoa-beige nail polish that had bothered me since her idol days—which didn't match her youthful outfits—finally matched her chic black dress as a mature woman. It was a satisfying feeling, like the final piece of a puzzle falling into place. The first half is cosplay-heavy, so it's a matter of taste, but if it weren't for Chapter 5, I would've given it 4 stars. Personally, if I were to rate just Chapter 5, it would be minus 530,000 stars. Even Frieza would be surprised.

*This is a work that is unpleasant to watch. There are some reviews that praise this director, but in my opinion, Baka Da Nai is the worst director!!! Not worth watching!!!☆At least one is too many!!! Also, at the end, there's an interaction in a dark room, and other people's reviews say it's private sex, but I don't think that's the case. Since the camera is rolling, I think Yu-chan's professionalism as an actress comes out naturally, and since it is being sold as a commercial work, there is no private sex!!! If I had to say it, it would be private-style sex!! Please don't just call it private!!!

*This work seems to be an attempt to explore the origins of great actress Yu Kawakami. Even if you're not a fan, you'll want to know. Kawakami himself probably talked about something more profound during the filming stage, but most of it was cut out during the editing stage (it feels like it). I don't know if that was the director's consideration or if it was Kawakami's own intention. However, I can't help but feel that the resulting work is a result of indigestion = incomplete combustion = the mystery has only deepened. For fans who were hoping that they might be able to get closer to the essence of Yu Kawakami, this work was a disappointment. This is the first time I have given a movie starring Yu Kawakami a low rating of 3 stars, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this movie.

*Idol Yutamu's scenes are the best no matter where you look. I thought it was a wonderful work that showcased her slutty sense and allowed us to see a new side of Yutamu! ...But a teacher appears in the middle...? I don't need it.
