Handling the man's current situation and home life through monologue was a stroke of genius; if they had shown all that visually, it would have been a nauseatingly boring film. Within the drama-like structure, the way the affair scenes are captured is great, and that simplicityโnot forcing the viewer to make unnecessary assumptionsโis a vital element in filmmaking. It doesn't really convey the immorality or guilt of the affair (at least that's how I felt), but in terms of 'simplicity,' isn't this enough? Rui's calm demeanor and the man's weary, escapist vibe made for a really flavorful dynamic.
*As expected, Miss Rui's ``Hyottoko Blowjob'' was the best in this work. Perhaps because the main focus is on blowjobs, there is a cum shot in the blowjob section.
