I felt betrayed not just by the cover, but by the preview as well. That said, I'm almost certain the first girl is Natsuki Iijima (based on the distinctive shape of her nipples). What do you think? The highlight of the scene with Natsuki is watching Kenta-kun struggle with premature ejaculation while giving it his all. Since she was with a different actor in 'Couples,' maybe he got jealous? The other actresses are lacking in the looks department. Iijima fans should check it out.
