It just doesn't feel erotic enough. The breast exam part is fine, but I wanted to see her act more reluctant, shy, and show a pained expression of holding back. Once she gets on the exam table, things move way too smoothly (lol).

First off, the actresses' performances are excellent. Especially the first and fourth ones. Their reactions—the confusion when told to take off their bras, or the awkwardness when their nipples were touched in ways that definitely aren't part of a medical exam—felt so real. In the first exam, the scene where the doctor obsessively shows the stringy vaginal fluid right in front of her was perfect from both the doctor and the actress. I really hope they make this a series and do this scene with everyone. I also liked that the actor playing the doctor didn't act 'creepy' but instead performed the exam in a detached, professional manner, which reduced that typical 'AV-style' artificiality. Signed, a man whose fetishes have been completely broken!

I agree with Akinobu Okada's review. It's just a shame. <Overview> Shizuku Hanai, Moa Hoshizora, Himeno Amasaki, and Miiro Nanasaki take turns on the exam table. The doctor talks non-stop while performing lewd 'examinations.' The nurse, Kurumi Tamaki, helps undress them, assists with handjobs or fellatio, rides the doctor first, and joins in on double fellatio or lesbian play. It ends with a creampie. With this setup, it could have been incredibly fun, but... only the doctor talks, the actresses' voices are too quiet to hear, and there's no sense of anxiety or reluctance from the ones being examined. There's no dialogue from the actresses during the sex scenes, so it lacks excitement. The thrill of them shyly opening up is completely missing. The camerawork was okay, but by the time it got to Miiro Nanasaki, the director clearly got lazy. It was all wide shots with no close-ups of the parts you actually want to see. Disappointing. Even the ending lacks any reaction or confusion from the actress; she just listens to the doctor. The director's lack of vision really kills the mood.

It's good. Just as I expected. I hope they turn this into a series.

A plot twist like 'Actually, the nurse is also...' would be way more exciting. It's better when the nurse tells the flustered, resisting girl 'It's okay♪' and forces the situation. It just needs a little more effort.
