It takes quite a while to get into the actual gameplay. Whether you enjoy that wait or not will likely divide opinions. Personally, I wish there was more substance to the gameplay itself. That said, being able to see various outfits is a plus!

Her athletic, muscular physique is particularly outstanding. The premise is to make her exercise to her limit and then immediately jump into sex and oral while she's exhausted. The scene where they make her run 50-meter dashes 20 times and then pin her down on the field for some outdoor sex once she's drained was the most straightforward part. It's consensual, so it's not non-con, but there's something great about how she's so limp that she just passively accepts deep-throating without any resistance.
