The plot starts with the protagonist being mocked by the girls in the hospital room, but midway through, they start desiring him. The girls get aroused after looking at an erotic magazine, but it feels a bit abrupt. There are many actresses and they interact with him several times, but there's only one scene where he's with a large group at once. I think it would have been better if they had included one more scene like that. Once they start wanting him, everyone suddenly becomes affectionate and jumps on him, so the flow feels a bit disjointed. Other than that, though, it's not bad.
