HUNT-688 - Hospital Room Fantasy: Scoring a Hot Sister Sandwich

I watched this for Risa Kasumi, and personally, the first pair was the best. The third pair wasn't really my taste, so I could have done without them (lol). I generally find the older sister who comes to visit more exciting because she's fully dressed and wearing knee-high socks. The younger sister in the hospital is in pajamas and looks too much like a loli, so I don't really see the point of the sister sandwich. It would've been perfect if I could've seen the older sister getting penetrated while still wearing her clothes, knee-highs, and underwear.

A very simple 'sister sandwich' set in a hospital room. The combination of the mature older sister and the youthful younger sister was exquisite, making it worth watching despite the simple premise. However, the progression is so repetitive that I was already full by the second pair. It needs a little something extra from the third pair onwards.
