The girl playing the little sister was cute enough, which was nice. There are quite a few scenes with her friends, but none of them were particularly cute.

The acting during the 'aphrodisiac' scenes is a bit more problematic than the effectiveness of the drug itself. If you don't look for realism and just treat it as a lighthearted AV, you can enjoy it without issues. There were a few cute performers, too. The content follows a simple story, but I think they could have put a bit more thought into the plot progression.
